One-on-One Boxing
One-on-one boxing classes are ideal for those who want to get in shape, learn the fundamentals of boxing and build confidence. Our certified trainers will provide an intense workout that can be tailored to your specific fitness and health goals. Everyone is welcome, whether you are a beginner or an experienced fighter these lessons will help you develop a strong core and gain endurance through drills and exercises that focus on footwork, defense, punching, and jabbing.
To ensure safety, we use protective hand wraps and gloves during class. Students can expect to burn between 500-1,000 calories per session (depending on intensity).
